Paid members are entitled to vote at the annual MWCA meeting. This gives you the ability to effect real change in your community and provide input to the actions of the Association.
We can help you understand property deed restrictions and navigate the often confusing processes of our city-parish government. We are a consistent, unified voice with the city-parish for our residents.
We support you in the resolution of issues concerning zoning, drainage, street repair, noise, litter, parking, over-occupancy of rental property, and building-related issues.
As funds are available and/or needs arise, your dues provide for improvements to the community, such as the entrance sign to our neighborhood, Neighborhood Watch signage, and security patrol signage. The “Children at Play” signs are examples of this benefit.
